Listing images for Amazon and other marketplaces
Ecom Ad Maker makes the image set a product listing needs from one photo: a clean main image on white, infographics with the product's benefits, and secondary images that show it in use. The marketplace templates on this page are product cards built for listing grids.
The images a listing needs
- Main image: the Main image style puts the product on a pure white background, filling about 85% of the frame, with no text or props.
- Infographic: the product on one side and three or four benefits with simple icons and short labels on the other.
- Product cards: 29 marketplace templates like Spec Sheet, Detail Grid and Spec Slab, with the product's name, details and callouts.
- Lifestyle and in-use shots from the product shot styles, such as natural light, usage and closeups held by a person.
How to make a set
- Add your product photo, or paste the link to your listing to pull in its photos and description.
- Generate the main image with the Main image style, then pick marketplace templates for the secondary images.
- Check the text on every image against your product, then download from My Ads and upload to your listing. Need a wider or taller version? Expand Image resizes it without cropping the product.
Check the marketplace's rules
Every marketplace has its own image requirements, and they change. Amazon, for example, asks for a pure white background on the main image. Read the current rules for your category before you upload; Ecom Ad Maker makes the images, but it does not check them against a marketplace's policy.
Questions
Does it work for Etsy, Shopify, Walmart or TikTok Shop?
Yes. The images are regular image files, so you can use them on any marketplace or store. Pick the format each one asks for.
Will the text on the image be correct?
The templates write copy from your product's name and details, but always read it before uploading, especially sizes, ingredients and claims.
How does billing work?
Renders use credits from your ToolSuite plan. If a render fails, the credits go back automatically.
